The Journal of International Commercial Law and Technology (JICLT) is committed to promoting ethical and responsible research practices. The journal follows the ethical principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). All submitted manuscripts must comply with recognized research ethics standards, and the journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript that involves unethical research or publication practices.

Research Ethics Principles

  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial or personal interests that could influence the research or its interpretation.

  • Editorial Right to Reject: The journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript that fails to meet ethical requirements or violates accepted research standards.
